Ladies?? Raincoat Sizing

This is a question for the ladies.

How do you determine the appropriate size "raincoat" for a client?

I have had a few incidents where the raincoat offered was so small that I felt that I was being strangled. Very uncomfortable. When I mentioned this discomfort I was told that I was too small for the X-Large size and it would come off.

On another occasion it was so large that it was like an oversized freezer bag.

What is your criteria and what do you recommend that a guy do if the sizing is too tight or loose?

Condoms stretch (and diminish by their very nature). The Average variation in penis size includes, excepting exceptions, anywhere from one to nine inches. A regular condom will actually work on both the smaller and larger versions of said average penis, but sometimes, a larger condom works well on a smaller penis (the occasional case study claims that they actually "felt like they had more room".) Any sensible SP should carry both sizes and decide upon their respective usage by gauging the size of a man's ego, not just his cock.
