Well my goal is to close eventually or have someone else run it. Most of the ladies have full time jobs and lives and I am not willing to commit to any more hours as it seems to be more of a headache then anything else. Some people already know how un reliable Sp's are. Need I say more..lol

From what I've read through Debb's postings over the months is it has a lot more to do with trying to schedule and babysit unreliable employees. But of course in the end... if you're not making enough money to balance off your frustration... it is a financial decision in many respects.

I like the new edge to you recently MrO. You're no longer a big suck like that other little Jones guy. I don't know whether you're just getting laid a lot these days or your doctors have done something else to you. But keep going... this is great to see some of your other personalities even though the Pookie one is still screwing me up.
Just thought I'd clarify a bit more it isn’t just about money. I have a couple other work interests and personal directions I want to go.. Making this less important to me.
Most ladies would prefer me to stick around and would like me to wait till after January or to hold off my choice until then.
Unfortunately with out happy reliable ladies there is nothing. Hard to have ladies that are reliable these days aswel. The reason I am in and outs with my choice looking for another person to possibly run kwp.
IF I can't provide the best service possible daily then I can at least keep the good ladies happy just on weekends and the majority of clients should be happy also a lot less stress for me to be the "nice" boss. The boss that lets them work when ever without having to make up excuses why not to come in.
Being the nice one isn’t always the best thing. Maybe if I charged $30.00 book on , late fees, missed appointments and treated them like crap they'd be more reliable.
However the Kw scene in general has died over the years.
I have been talking to a few ladies that say:
Indies= 1-3 a day maybe plus a lot of unconfirmed or cancellations
Massage = money isn’t there unless you want to do a lot of extras
Dancers = it’s pretty dead these days
So is the Sex industry dying around here? Or is love in the air and everyone’s getting it elsewhere? hehe

Based on MrO... there may be a substantial market for a stuffed animal escort service.
Think of the advantages Debb... there's always available... inexpensive to operate... they can be drycleaned... if washed properly there's no need to worry about STD's... you can throw them in a taxi and they'll be on time for outcalls... they don't complain about long hours... and they won't give you any grief. You should give it some thought...
