Kobe didn't make it to T.O. because he's on the injured list cause of a cut finger. Do you think that was just PR cause he wouldn't be allowed into the country due to his charges? Then again, we routinely let terrorists and convicted felons into Canada. Maybe it was a condition of bail that he couldn't leave the country.
