A British woman with an interest in serial killers is accused of viciously stabbing her boyfriend to death and then giggling over his corpse during a video chat.

It isn't an absolute. A dear friend has them. But even she says it of former friends. It tends to he a sign of other mental illness and erratic/emotional problems, along with impulse control.
