I booked with Mariah (pronounced muh-rye-uh, as in Carey) by mistake - I had read the negative reviews of her but didn't have my "do not call" list handy, and had forgotten that her name was on it. Oh well.
Showed up at the incall location for my 1/2 hour, $100 dollar appointment. Mariah's face is pretty enough, but she is fat. She claims to have had a baby 3 months ago, and her gut looks like she's still about 7 months preggers. Wasn't my thing. Being a polite Canadian though, I smiled, made some pleasant chit chat, and we got started.
First on the menu was CBJ. Normal enough skills. After about 5 minutes I was ready for the act, and I asked her what her preferred positions were. She seemed confused, and eventually asked me if I was referring to sex. I VERY politely confirmed my intentions (why else would I be there?) She then went into a very dramatic spiel about sex being extra, and demanded at least a $40 tip for the act. This had never happened before at Paradise, so I declined. When I informed her that I had never had to pay extras, she said that ALL of the Paradise girls charged extra for sex (in fact, NONE of them ever had, to me anyways).
When it became clear that she wasn't going to back down, I left, without having released. I didn't want a physical confrontation, so rather than grabbing her purse to get my money back, I just walked out, telling her that I would be complaining to management. I called from a payphone about 5 minutes later, and told the booking agent that I was the guy who had just booked with Mariah. She said Mariah had called about me, claiming that I had asked for unprotected (a total lie).
I outlined my experience, and the booking agent confirmed that extras were NOT charged by Paradise, and that Mariah was right out of line. Essentially, Mariah robbed me. BUT, Paradise did not offer any kind of compensation (money back, partial refund, etc), or even an apology. They also said that they had had a couple other complaints about Mariah. However, the fat thief is still on their payroll. Makes me wonder if Paradise is really committed to customer service, or just out for the cash. In any event, the whole company is on my "do not call" list for at least 6 months. And considering they got nearly $2000 out of me last year, I hope it hurts.
Bottom line, stay away from Mariah. She's fat and she's a con artist. Other reviewer seem to agree. Too bad that one bad apple and a seemingly uncaring manager spoil things for the other girls at Paradise.
