Almost surely a scam.

I messaged and they asked for a 100 deposit. Basically no restrictions, didn't ask for how long I wanted to come for (they just listed the rates/time but didn't actually ask to confirm a length of appt.), and didn't actually give an address (just the "Holiday Inn in Cambridge" except it's the Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn is the street)
