The link leads to a segment from a Japanese television show that features an American Martial Arts school. The school has developed a system (for defense?) where essentially you can get punched or kicked (in the body, head, the balls....) and it will feel like it was nothing. I remember seeing them on Ripley's Believe It or Not.
About a third of the way in it, they have a Japanese Full Contact Fighter, Genki Sudo (fought in UFC and K-1) try out his techniques on some of the members. He seems kind of surprised (if not unnerved) that these guys actually took it....
The guy who took the strike kind of looked weird after he got hit but who knows? Maybe he's fine and not hurt or maybe he shit his pants and died a few days later....
Sort of reminds me of the Shaolin monks but I wonder what the long term implications of taking full power strikes to your balls and neck....
Kind of idiotic to take a hit...I would rather not get hit then get hit....
