TOFT - she works from the old residence of Vickie - a legend in Carlsbad Springs - time kept getting g bumped. I arrived - greeted by a bull dog. She was in the back yard smoking a cigarette in a velour track suit. Hair and make up were rough. Pictures are her +20 lbs - Spider senses not good. Opened the door and there were 4 more dogs down in the basement - a pair of men’s work boots and another provider walking around. At this point I left.

Sorry you mean to say she bought Vickie’s old place near Grey Hawk or Vickie is potentially providing a space for others to use?
I “think” I recognized the bull dog as Vickie’s - my speculation is she rents or provides the basement for other providers
