If you listen to the new Liberal ads , they are touting there tough gun laws .
Oh yea the liberals are taking care of it.
They recently changed the regulation for licensed legal firearm owners. The conservative government made it so that these conditions were attached to your license, now the liberals will make you pick up the phone and get permission instead. Just adding an unnecessary step to individuals who have had background checks, continue to have one every day and already have permission to take the firearms to a lawful place.
This way they can make these ads claiming that they are doing so much to combat the shootings, while doing absolutely nothing at all.
They know that their base is ignorant and will eat anything up that they shove down their throats, and they are right. It works every single time.
RPAL holders will have to contact the CFO’s office to obtain a Short Term Authority to
Transport (STATT) to transport a restricted or prohibited firearm anywhere else, including:
• to or from a business for repair or appraisal
• to or from a gun show, whether for display, sale or appraisal
• to another person’s private residence following sale and transfer
• to a Post Office when shipping a restricted or prohibited firearm
• to or from a Canadian border point.
