Sorry, but I just had to reply to this one. It baffles me, truly. Any business person and lets be honest here, this is a business pure and simple, that goes around stating that price of an object is related to customer service given, needs to understand a basic business model. Firstly, customer service is NEVER attached to a price YOU SET. You set the price, you give the customer service, why in god's green earth would that person EVER want to do that? Secondly, the argument can be made that this was a "Special". Well why do you offer specials? to bring in more business at a reduced price so that REPEAT business may follow. So, you offer $60.00 (down from $100 lets say) service and the service you offer is CRAP, how does that in anyway equal to repeat business????? So now you have hurt your reputation with your client base, you took 40 dollars LESS then you normally do and NO ONE is going to repeat based on poor reviews. By the way, if your goal of the special was to get a quick cash grab, then congrats but again, you have hurt yourself in the future and those cash grab will now be harder to achieve do to reputation being damaged.

If this came across as being neg or condescending well it wasn't meant to be. It was just giving some of those people that have little or no real experience with business on how it REALLY WORKS. Any SP or Member for that matter wish to post questions or send a note, feel free. Honestly, if you have a question about marketing or "how can I do this better" feel free, no charge, but please do not EVER attach a price that YOU the SP sets as to what customer service you should apply to that price. That is business suicide in a bottle if you do.
