The confirmations of Kash, Tulsi, and RFK Jr. would likely be the most consequential appointments for Trump. Tulsi has already been confirmed, and if Kash and RFK Jr. are approved, it could be perceived as a significant shift toward what some on the left might characterize as “fascism.” Eventual Trump monarchy.
