Is this the heckler who's a buddy of PeePee and was planted in the crowd by The Pee to be an asshole?
Looks like the sort of ass-kisser who would willingly make a fool of himself in public to get a 30-second photo op with his idol The Pee, who then immediately heads off to hang with the important people.
