Who ever did this https://ca.news.yahoo.com/familys-livestock-guardian-dogs-shot-080100590.html needs to pay. Finding something that this farmer doesn’t want to be found in rural Saskatchewan will be impossible.

If the family whose dog was shot are stand up sorts, a rural community will start to close around and support them.
And that will increase the chances the culprit will be found out

Would have been right to shoot the guy who shot the dog if he was caught in the middle of the act.
