She has advertised for a long time under one name or another. I have not tried the services.
As William ST said she's been on LL for over a year now but has changed names - here's a review under "Sam" from earlier:
Hmmm , just hmmm.
Never seen her but decided to do a search. Mostly negative vibe on comments but all going back to when she was a stripper. Fine but that does not speak to her today as a provider.
What I do see now is that she offers FS, for an hour with msg for a price much better than even the Asian places. Arguably an vary fair price especially for Ottawa were as mentioned on several posts , girls are fleecing us here , with unknown unproven girls asking never 300$. She looks fine. She does not descriminate on ethnicity. So just reading advert seems like a good choice. Why haven't I seen her ? Those comments by people on her from 10 years ago at some strip club. Hence my hmmm at the top.

She’s a very pretty woman in my opinion. Good conversationalist and seems down to earth. Price seems awesome. If you do see her, have fun cause like I said, no problems with her. But my only experience was everything was an upcharge. As you correctly state, some time has past so things may have changed in that department.
