Well, I'm not going to watch it again, but she could argue that the object in the picture weighed 4.9oz.Anyway ebay can be a friggin nightmare. Saw a thing on sixty minutes about the lack of regulation by ebay itself. The shit people try to pull, in violation of the rules, goes unpunished.

All court costs are paid by the production company, judgements up to the fixed limit you have agreed to are paid by the production company, you leave the studio with a cheque in your hand.

Look, JJ is a show; it's purely entertainment.

But lots of people naively believe that it is for real, that this is how our judges behave and the Courts work and, in that respect, JJ is a disgrace to the legal profession and our system of administration of justice... which is often enough of a disgrace without JJ contributing even more to that perception!

She was a real judge before taking on this show and she should know better and how much her shenanigans makes things appear even worse.
