hi all

so i work inthe industry and recently came along an interview to work for a reputable staffing agency. i do not have experiece however the pay is more and i like hands on type of work....should i jump ship and try the staffing side of things....any thoughts?

Yes, you should get more experience, but if you're feeling a bit skeptical of the placement you're heading into even though it's "reputable" look up some reviews first.
