What I posted was not a swift dismissal of any review, just my experiance the same as you can post on here also. Never been called a shill, so thanks.

No shows and late go both ways. If a lady called and said she would be late I would appreciate it but usually does not happen

well would you expect your doc to take you if you were 10 mins late. no this is not a medical practice , however it is a business and when you do not show up or call in the agreed time we have to move on. that is the the law of the land .. get over it you were late with no explanation.

General rule in this business has always been a min. of 15 minutes leeway for any appointments and confirmation calls for both lady and client.

Confirmations call, I use to give 30 minutes before booking another client.

Also with any booking especially being made the day or days prior, I would have the confirmation call at least 2-3 prior to the booking. Therefore if the appointment was at noon, I would have asked for a confirmation call between 9-9:30AM and would have given until 10AM before giving the appointment time to someone else.

Also, if anyone was calling between 9-10AM for a noon appointment, I would simply be honest and say that time is booked but not confirmed, please call after 10AM to see if the confirmation was made.

No double booking, you are giving the best and most honest customer service to both clients and if you don't get the first booking because of a lack of confirmation, you have another client calling back to book the time.

It is all about the proper administrative approach to booking.
