This scumbag got off with a slap on the wrist last time. Hopefully they stick him in a penitentiary where he belongs.

Multi-millionaire Jeffrey Epstein pleaded not guilty Monday after he was indicted on charges that he operated a sex trafficking ring in which he sexually abused dozens of underage girls.

The arrest: Epstein, 66, was arrested Saturday night at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey aboard his private jet upon returning from Paris. Later that evening, federal agents executed a search warrant of Epstein's mansion in New York City and seized a "vast trove" of lewd photographs of young-looking women or girls, prosecutors said in a bail memorandum.

The charges: He is charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors. He faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted of the charges, which carry no mandatory minimum sentences.

The indictment: According to the indictment, between 2002 and 2005, Epstein ran a trafficking enterprise in which he paid hundreds of dollars in cash to girls as young as 14 to have sex with him at his Upper East Side home and his estate in Palm Beach, worked with employees and associates to lure the girls to his residences and paid some of his victims to recruit other girls for him to abuse.

What prosecutors said: Manhattan US Attorney Geoffrey Berman said in a statement that, "In this way, Epstein created a vast network of underage victims for him to sexually exploit, often on a daily basis."

What Epstein's attorney said: Reid Weingarten said the indictment was "essentially a do-over" of the Florida investigation. In that investigation, Epstein previously evaded similar charges when he secured a non-prosecution deal with federal prosecutors in Miami. Instead of facing federal charges, Epstein pleaded guilty to two state prostitution charges in 2008 and served just 13 months in prison. He also registered as a sex offender and paid restitution to the victims identified by the FBI.

What's next: Epstein's bail hearing is set for July 15.

A lot of powerful people are sweating buckets right now. Some of the abused girls have said they were passed off to many of Epstein's friends knowing full well that some of those girls were underage.

Karma is a bitch

Wonder if Slick Willy is in trouble? Flew with Epstein on 26 different occasions. This should get interesting.

All members on Terb could show some reatraint from the incessant partisan ship about American politics by not making the Eppstein case about Trump vs Clinton.

Clearly the case of trafficking in underage girls for sex is too serious to be made into a partisan issue. It is equally reprehensible no matter who is involved, and hopefully the guilty (if any) will be severely punished, no matter what their political views are. It is not a partisan issue.

I agree. But if it is proven that Clinton was engaged in this behavior he should face the music. Unfortunately the big tech companies don't agree with you and I. They (Google and Wikipedia) have been dong their best to scrub any references between Clinton and Epstein.

Epstein knows too much. The authorities had two options to shut him up.

1) Give him a sweet heart deal.

2) Have him involved in a fatal "accident".

Two interesting pieces of news regarding the case:

1. One of the prosecuters in the case is a daughter of James Comey.

2. Eppstein, through his lawyer, has offered to cooperaye and give all the names, in return for a 5 year prison sentence (instead of wjat would amount to life if je is convicted on all couunts)

Phil, you are clearly on a partisan mission. Why don't you post in the political forum?

All I've posted so far are facts.

Why are you so defensive of a possible child molester??

Are you for real, or some kind of troll-bot?

For the record, I am not defending anybody. Not that I even know what a "possible child molester" is. Do you?

I merely, and I believe justifiably, suggested that you post in the political forum, ehere there is a thread pretty much now dedicated to the Eppstein case.

A possible child molester is someone who's being accused but hasnt been charged or convicted yet.
And right now there's a shitload of evidence pointing Clinton's way

So, because you are accusing Clinton, he is a "possible child molester". I am sure you can find somebody who will accuse Trump, so he is also a "possible child molester". You do realize that it is a low bar, as practically everybody could be a "possible child molester".

For the record, anybody who has read some of my posts will know that I have, if that is possible, less love for Clinton than I have for Trump.

Maybe you can move my posts for me??
Negative, only the moderators can do that.

I cannot remember any other time I agreed with Ann Coulter:

Ann Coulter Thinks Epstein Had A "State Sponsor" & Was Running A "Blackmailing" Operation

Tue, 07/09/2019 - 20:05

Authored by Paul Joseph Watson via Summit.news,

“Something much bigger is behind this"

Conservative commentator Ann Coulter says that sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein had a “state sponsor” backing him and that his operation was a way to blackmail powerful men.

During an appearance on 790 KABC, Coulter suggested that Epstein is merely the front man for a far more powerful network.

“Epstein according to both the girls accounts, he wanted them to have sex with powerful men, come back to him and report on it, describe what they wanted what their fetishes were and he had cameras throughout the house so this is obviously for blackmailing purposes,” said Coulter.

“It just seems to me something much bigger is behind this — perhaps a state sponsor — powerful enough people...

...it just seems to me there’s something a very powerful force behind what’s going on here and I am still nervous about this not coming to a conclusion, somehow this getting compromised,” she added.

Coulter said that it remained a mystery as to how Epstein became a billionaire and that the source of his money should be investigated.

Former President Bill Clinton attempted to distance himself from Epstein last night, claiming he only flew on the infamous ‘Lolita Express’ private jet four times despite flight logs showing at least 26 trips.

As we reported yesterday, speculation is swirling that Epstein may give up names of influential people who used his network in order to secure a maximum prison sentence of no more than five years.
