Jakarta is one of the best secrets in Asia. Some of the info here is accurate but Blok M...actually is in South Jakarta...and the bars on the "Street of Shame" are notorious for older expats who live there. One of the best is D's bar......where there is a lot of action to your complete ..emphasis on complete in backgroom...sleezy oral...for about $40 and others may watch. Bars ..here change so quickly though but the area is infamous now for over 30 some years so I am told.
In South Jakarta, the Kemang area, there dozens of bars that again come and go, but you can be assured that any woman who enters or guy knows that it is understood that sex is at the core.........many of these bars like Eastern Promise...offer special drink hours like all beer is free from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on a Friday until someone leaves the bar after the bell has rung or goes to the loo.....fun promotion......as it usually only lasts for about 15 minutes as a newcomer will stroll in and ruin the fun....
If you have a great eye and are well dressed just cruise the "Rodeo Drive" malls which put the Eaton Centre to shame. Wealth is truly here in Jakarta and you can find some of the best woman, who will look you in the eye, and then exchange phone numbers. It is not the Toronto game...Sex is Enjoyed...but again if you do get mixed up with a wife...lol......be prepared for the penalty if caught which will not be as gentle as here. The wealthy control the country...even though there it is democracy in the works. Come and enjoy Jakarta...as a two day layover on the way to Bali.......or better yet Lombok, which is what Bali was like 20 years ago.
You can take the best three hotels in Toronto and they would fit into 1-7 of the high end hotels in Jakarta. In fact, any hotel like the Intercontinental or Four Seasons would be a 3 star here. Most have 7-8 restaurants ...and all have a disco...cigar bar................
New places like Alexis..in North Jakarta and controlled by the government or some style of protection and are truly on the High End......meaning full service...in the Helicopter BJ where you can see girl twirlying from ceiling device to give nice oral commitments. You can also take your wife to watch or girlfriend much like a strip club here in Canada. Prices will range from $80 to $200 and are full service 1-1.5 hour with best massages you can get....whirlpool......and you have girls of different nationalities parade in front of you from the ex Soviet Union...Vietnam........China........Columbia...your tastes will be satisfied. No direct money takes place.
One of the best for value is mentioned in the North Jakarta area again in Kota, or city centre, which is Travel Hotel........little secret but again a grouping of girls in couch area...each controlled by a Mammasan........but you pick, go to nice sauna room and enjoy ...everything $30 and if you are a gentleman..then tip an extra $5 to $10 You again get a wrist band and pay as you leave for drinks, special medical massages... I recently heard from a friend that you can get two gorgerous girls here for a total of $45.00......
Great book to read if you are of a literacy type............ Wisdom of Whores........which will give you the truth about a lot of sex workers in the Far East. Sex Workers are not as often portrayed, but a lifestyle choice. Maybe later there are cases of slavery if brought here to North America but most make the decision for full knowledge that this lifestyle is better than living destitute in small villages with no chance of improving their lives.
Great to see a comment about Indonesia. Jakarta actually, even though an Islamic country, has more freedom sexually than here in Toronto and lets not even talk about the USA. From time to time I re-visit this site and Selamat to all those who I have been honoured to explore over the years in Toronto.
