The thing about this video is that there is nothing to show that it was either one of these two individuals that actually made the comments. From what I can see Jagoff just singles these two guys out because they were closest. Furthurmore he only got brave because there were two cops standing there. This is how he usually reacts when citizens are calling him names....

Ya I have a hard time understanding how that went down. There was two cops standing right there as witnesses. If Jagoff did anything he would have been arrested on the spot. He might as well have been a dog in a cage. No threat what so ever.
