JADE EMPIRE xobx WOW!!!A MUST HAVE!!

Thats all i need to say about this game!!!! I'm not gonna go into details as i just started playing last nite for couple hours and i really dont need to.
One of the top games on xbox all time with ign rating of 9.9. Greatest RPG on xbox.
10s across the board with graphics at 9.5 due to certain camera issues.

I'm posting the link because I've always felt ign has been pretty dead on about their reviews. Aside from nbalive06/nba2k6, i'm pretty much agree to the good/bad they give for each game.

If you havent played it, this is a must have!!! 2 hours into the game and hasnt disappointed, no complaints, deep game already, i'm still in the begining stages, just about to get into the main story line.

I picked it up at bestbuy last nite on sale for 9.99. Full price for this game would even be worth it.

This game ended up being one of my bigger dissapointments in gaming. There is so much to like about this game but a few critical flaws just about ruin the whole experience. For example the camera angels can get all messed up where you can't actual see your character in a battle. But by far the the biggest flaw was the fact the game's autosave were so far apart that if you died you end up having to replay an hour or more of the game just to get back to where you were. Meaning you also gotta go through the same cut scenes over and over. Do this a few times and the game becomes too frustrating to play. That is unless you have only 1 video game to play for the rest of your life, cause it'll take that long to finish. Now you can manually save but you know it's easy to get caught up in the game and forget to manual save the game every 5 minutes. Too you could be walkin along safe n sound for 1/2 hour or so and then all of a sudden be thrust into battle, and you can't manually save once in battle.

Hey eli, those are a couple good points and i totally agree with you, so far it seems those are the only flaws in the game. Trying to control the camera while fighting is pretty difficult. I just keep blocking and moving til i can see characters again.
As far as saving, it does suck its so far apart, but i always make sure i save every once in a while so i dont have to replay same scenes. Do this for all games, but obviously you wont remember all the time. But to me, those arent really big flaws for me to be too concerned with. Those arent major points i look for in a game. This really doesnt bother me too much.

One reason i love this game already is that the story is so deep and you can choose which paths to take. Which leads to greater replay value (22hrs to finish a game). That is one main thing i look for in a game. Esp, if the game is reg price of 49-69.99
I've always felt xbox was missing something along the lines of final fantasy, i've never played gta so dont no what that is like, but i have to say jade empire makes up for it with this game for xbox. A good rpg game with great storyline.
