For the first time Italy beats France in Six Nations Cup Rugby with a come from behind victory. Good for the sport, bad for the frogs.

No there are rugby fans here but I think most of us don't care about Italy. At all.
Watched Wales beat Ireland 19-13 on a try that shouldn't have counted.
Shocking decision by the ref to let that try count. Ireland got screwed.
Even the Welsh coach said it was "embarrassing" but he'll take the win.
Right now England lead Scotland 12-9 bit it's only a matter of time before England runs away with this one.

One fan here. Damn, you spoiled result for me. I was going to watch the game on Setanta this afternoon. The result is known but hopefully i can enjoy the plucky Italians come back. Wasn't aware that there were any rugby fans on this board. I really enjoy the sport. A true mans game.

Haven't been following, as I can never seem to find the games on TV and can't get motivated to go out to a pub to watch. I should try and track down the Wales-Ireland hi-lites and try and ignore the fact that the Reds' winning score was bogus. Wales and France next week for what seems to be 2nd place in the 6 Nations.

Try watching them streaming live on the net
Much cheaper (yeah its free) than stupidly paying over $15/month for Setanta on cable
http://www.soccertvlive.net/
Great site - they even stream the UFC PPV's for free!
Click the "other" tab and scroll to "rugby"
I watch all Aviva Premiership, Heineken Cup, and French A Ligue every weekend
Last week's Harlequins vs Newcastle was a great game!
Six Nations is always linked up
Super 14 is always linked up
I even watched the South African University championship last Wednesday night

I used to even enjoy watching the 3rd division club games from Wales back some time ago on the tele; no egos, no dreams of the pros, just smash, splash mud, move the cooow rugby.

I won't pay $15/month for summary of the games on Setanta; too bad.

I got to spend some time working in New Zealand and South Africa and got my fill there; doubleheaders on the weekend. Even school ball gets to the screen.

Watched the game live in French on Channel 103 on Rogers. France just sucked. Will watch the replay on Setanta when it is on again this week.

Thanks but don't tell my parents!

Dad was born in Glasgow and Mom was born in Paisley.
Consider your new status an improvement. ;-)) (Typical Welsh comment re Scotland).

The way you speak, I'm surprised you didn't say the wops beat the frogs.
In case you didn't know it, french people don't like being called frogs.
But Italians like being called "wops"?
I think Italians find it offensive.

Congrats on trying to correct an offensive statement by making an offensive statement!

As for the French? Well.............who cares. They're French.

I guess I'm spoiled as my SO is French and doesn't get all bent out of shape as long as it's done with care and without malice. Nor does her rather large family. I guess I get away with it as they call me and mine similar names and we laugh it off the same way. I guess she and hers have broader shoulders and stronger backbone than some. It's just like some in Canada get upset with the term black and others couldn't care less. If it bothered you, I'm sorry. I won't do it again in your presence.

I think it's pretty clear that the worst racists are the Welsh and the Scots - about each other!

Depends on your outlook. At one time, they both hated the Sassanachs. It would interesting to know how you come to this decision.
