Don't know of any sites, but you might try calling Bell ExpressVu re: setup, or the satellite company. I installed one myself this past summer. Bought an ExpressVu system (2 receivers and 1 dish). Had to
1) Mount dish to side of house (bought self installation kit which included most items and a few you don't need). Came with compass to line up satellite (instruction manual told you where to find it)
2) Wire cable from dish to house. Problems here include not enough cable (had to buy some more), needed to attach cable to concrete (kit didn't include anything), needed to buy grounding rod (Radio Shack has them), had to buy long (approx 1 ft) concrete drill bit (you need a hammer drill to go through bricks)
3) All receivers had to be connected to a phone line, so you need phone wire. Unless your phone jack is close by, this can be a problem, as you don't want phone wire showing in the house.
In short, I did it myself. It took a while, since I wasn't rushing (time is a premium for me). But I got it done. In hindsight, I guess I could have gotten the $99 setup being offered, but as this was for 1 receiver, I don't know how much a 2nd receiver would cost.
After setup, then you have to align the dish to the satellite, which took some time, but still can be done. So, go ahead and give it a try.
