Hi I was wondering if you gentlemen or ladies could point me in the direction of older (40-60) SP in the Ottawa area.

I would second Fanny as a recommendation. Her early morning availability does work well if you have a 9 to 5 schedule. But she fits the description of PSE and GFE. Very accommodating to suggestions during sessions. I quite like her Cougars Den location (fairly discreet).
