Fractionated coconut oil is the best. Good for your skin. Low to no odor. That's all everyone used when I was in college and thats all I use now. I can buy it at the health food store or at the grocery store.
Soy candles melt and can be used on the skin for massage. I added a link to one that looks good.
Any oil you use is a carrier oil and you can add whatever essential oils you want to scent it or infused it with what you like. Some places just sell it in a fancier bottle, with a cool label and mark up the price. I bought unscented hemp seed oil at the sex shop in a pinch and paid $40. That same bottle on Amazon if I was able to wait a day or 2 is $10. Its the same thing.
I can buy grapeseed oil in a great big bottle from the grocery store for $12 or go to the health food store and get it in a fancier bottle for the same price but im getting 1/3 of the amount for the same price. (Grapeseed oil is supposed to be good for eczema and psoriasis)
Im going to make my own lavender oil infusion this fall with home grown lavender.
Its all the same stuff. A carrier oil and some scent.
I like lemongrass essential oil for a fresh, clean cheery, antiseptic smell. Its antiseptic and antifungal so it's great for keeping skin clean. Not very sexy though
A deeper, more earthy smell would be something with cloves. Cloves are considered and aphrodisiac as well and I can smell it in a lot of the marked up products at the sex shop.
You cant go wrong with lavender either. If you go to the health food store you can try their testers. I have like $500 in essential oils I never get to use because everyone wants unscented oil

i just use them in my diffuser. Essential oils are great though. Some are treatments for illnesses and keep cuts clean. They're anti bacterial and anti fungal. They have multiple purposes. I just have the ones that smell great and double as medicine.
If you have a smell or a blend that you like you can turn any carrier oil into an oil you enjoy smelling and using. Some oils are different , and they might have different properties, they might come from further away and sound fancier but all you're looking for is in an oil that's non-comedogenic (won't cause pimples) and you have to check how viscous it is. Castor oil is great for a lot of things for example but makes a terrible massage oil. If I did use it I would dilute it with another oil.
