I posted this question in Techie section but thought to post here as well since not everyone goes there.

I am looking for user friendly (easy to use) client record keeping software package to utilize for marketing biz I’ll be doing from home.

Something very simple and inexpensive will do for now. Basically it should have all the usual fields: Name, address, phone, cell, fax, e-mail etc and a notes section.

Ideally I can look up some anybodies’ record via any field. So if some calls tells me their name &/or phone # I can find their file right away.

Last date called and call back date would be other fields worthwhile having although I can always keep that info in notes section.

Like I say something very simple. I just want to keep track of clients and prospects name and contact info etc. And in notes section keep track of last contact date, point form conversation, fav products, likes and dislikes etc.

Any suggestions?

I spit my coffee through my nose on this one! Not that he's not a sexy hunk of man meat (no homo), but... well... no.

Always been using Outlook for e-mail but that's about all. Only lately started using Outlook for appointments and stuff like that. At work (where I was working for last 7 years) we had a program called Ad Manager for client lists, client activities etc.

Just teasing there blackdog. Just that I been on here like since the beginning of time. Organized and been to just a couple 2 or 3 parties... like maybe a dozen or so. And since I use to sell advertising to adult industry I outed myself years ago. No longer in the adult industry (for now) though. Mostly just hanging out looking for someone... er I mean something to do. :)
