ISO: Good Client Record Keeping Software

I am looking for user friendly (easy to use) client record keeping software package to utilize for marketing biz I’ll be doing from home.

Something very simple and inexpensive will do for now. Basically it should have all the usual fields: Name, address, phone, cell, fax, e-mail etc and a notes section.

Ideally I can look up some anybodies’ record via any field. So if some calls tells me their name &/or phone # I can find their file right away.

Last date called and call back date would be other fields worthwhile having although I can always keep that info in notes section.

Like I say something very simple. I just want to keep track of clients and prospects name and contact info etc. And in notes section keep track of last contact date, point form conversation, fav products, likes and dislikes etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any info.

add ons for outlook

Microsoft Business Contact Manager...

An older version for outlook 2003 may be found on craigslists if you are looking on the thrifty side.

Act is ok too for smaller offices and is more crm oriented.
