For those of you who are interested in West Indian and Caribbean food there is a great new restaurant and bar call Island Style in Brampton. This place is owned and operated by a good friend of mine and her family. The food is great! The place is laid back and classy and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Whether you want to have a great home cooked West Indian/Caribbean meal or just relax and have a drink at the bar while chatting with the very lovely ladies working the bar you sure to have a great experience.

Everyone is welcome and beer specials at $3.00 for domestic. (Won’t find that at any strip club) They also have 25 cent wing specials.

Thx for the info JH, will keep in mind next time in neighborhood. Post an update when you get a chance to sample.

How's it compare with:

I miss The Jerk near Theater district off King st W. Queen st E location just doesn't cut it.

My island buddies like the place on Woodbine, North of Steeles, same plaza as Shoeless Joe's, it's been talked about on Terb.
