If you want glamour and zip, show them how they can collect more taxes by providing it. Isn't that how business works?

I've seen far worse websites. What I'm more appalled at is the dumping station is the same one I've been going to already. They are not using the eco fees to build new drop off stations or boxes. Why pay this fee if my stuff just goes into a landfill?

What don't they make it like a deposit structure? You buy a TV, pay $25-$50, and if you take it to the drop off depot, get your money back. That would make a lot more sense.

For now, however it's being re worked, and the Gov't is making the payments (that would have been raised from the eco fee) to fund the Stewardship program , so we are still paying through our taxes whether we like it or not.
