Talking like that could get her in a lot of hot water. When the laws change you have to be certain not to agree to any exchange of money for sexual services. You're basically paying for her time and it will really suck for you guys because you guys wont be able to ask about the menu without thinking about potentially getting arrested.

Future definitely need to watch this but usually I have no problem asking for info and the girl just spells it out plain and simple. If I show up and find out its too much or I don't like the service I will have a hard time backing out . You need to know what you are getting a least something close before you arrive.

Under the new laws texts like that should only be done from a hobby phone where neither the phone nor SIM are in any way linked to your real world identity. If LE got hold of those texts, they alone would be sufficient for someone to get arrested 'for communicating in any place' for the purpose of purchasing sexual services. A phone call would be much better as the the only way you could be caught would be if the phone was tapped. However I doubt LE would ever get authorization to tap a real SP or MP's phone as they wouldn't be breaking any laws.

However I suspect that reviews and advertising will need to answer those types of questions in the future so they don't need to be explicitly asked.

as for trigger25, that seems to be way too much texting. I realize the ad was vague but it's the woman who's going to start having doubts if you appear to be sexting instead of booking.

I imagine there are a lot of guys who get off just exchanging texts and emails and then not going through with booking, which would be tiresome and time-wasting for the escort.

The successful SPs will also show their faces since LE cannot arrest them anymore. With detailed ads no need for questions, except the time of the booking and location.

Yes, but some of them are not showing their faces now just to avoid being hassled by police. For a number of SPs their families and friends know about their work, and they just don't give a damn about strangers, but LE can be really annoying.

Some advertising sites that are Canadian-based businesses may not allow explicit ads for sexual services because of the potential of the ads being placed by 3rd parties. Some may put in the same restriction because they want to be able accept ads from 3rd parties such as agencies and massage parlors.

Further to my original post I don't see any reason why SP's shouldn't answer questions sent via text. It isn't illegal for them and its basically up to the guys as to whether they want to take the slight chance of getting caught. I can see a huge surge in the use of hobby phones with untraceable SIM cards. Most SP's are used to the multitasking nature of texting and I don't see that changing. It would be nice to see a consensus movement to one particular texting app such as SnapChat or WhatsApp as they are not Canadian companies like our cell providers.

The way of the future (post law era) is to use free texting app, some of them, have time-sensitive self-destruct function. The SP has to indicate the app name in her ad as both sender/recipient must use the same app. Keep the details to the minimum and all will be dandy.

When I was working in the states an indie, money was never touched or discussed The client would put the rate in an envelope in the bathroom and I would go in after to freshen up and check ...it stayed there until the session was over. Some times it would be placed in a card along with a gift card. It was always hard to advertize what you offer as a provider because of the laws

Would it be a loophole to say "what are your rates and restriction?" That way no one is saying what they will do only what they won't do. It can't be a crime to say you wouldn't do something
