Is it time to declare that its not Russia or China, but the US that is the biggest evil empire in the world?

How many wars or 'interventions' have the started?
Is their support of Israeli genocide just the eventual conclusion of old school settler colonialism and empire building?
Is it time to admit that their impact economically has lead to the devastation of the environment?
Is it time to admit that their part in the fossil fuel industry has contributed massively to climate change?
Is it time to admit they are against free speech and a free press?

The Real Evil Empire May Surprise You

As the saying goes, the USA is a Third World country wearing a Gucci belt.

In order to find another country with the same collective views as the USA when it comes to things like healthcare, workers' rights, women's rights, guns, religion and race relations, with a dictator-like leader at the helm, you'd literally have to look to some of the poorest regions of Africa and Asia.

Which is an interesting topic. Without the Red States - the South and the Farm States - I suspect that the US would have followed the course of Western Europe back in the mid 20th Century. The US is really 2 countries masquerading as one.

The liberals during the Obama / Joe Biden Years - "US is awesome!" "they are our friends / ally"
The liberals on Trump's 2nd term...

It's not just the Red States. Go to rural areas of New York or California, and the Trumpers are everywhere.

Pee Peeple are throughout rural Ontario, but that doesn't make Canada a retrograde democracy like the US. You need that big block of Red States to pull the country backwards.

Are you claiming the US degradation is caused by "red states" and not open borders and woke policies? because the way it looks right now, DEI made a huge dent on the quality of government, schools and businesses...Giving the work to fill a quota and not the most qualified does that to everybody...

Yeah, we gave them a nickname. We call them voters. Damn! I hate those voters!

Uh, most Conservatives in Canada think Trump is a cunt. Also, remind me of a time when Obama made insulting "51st state comments" about us or started a trade war? If you love Trump's America, you're free to fuck off and go live there. Don't let the screen door hit your arse on the way out either.

America has been like this in some form or another for many years. Trump just put a punchable face in front of it.

The real eye opener is realizing that we think we live in a land of free press (and by and large we really do), but there is a very consistent pro-Western bias to all media, not just the ones people like to accuse of bias.

For the right, yes, I mean more than just NPR/CBC, and for the left, I mean more than Fox/Newsmax.

That's why outlets like Al Jazeera and SCMP are important to consume if only for a more neutral (can't be bias free, ever) viewpoint.

Obama also deported more than Trump...Trump is a troll and he's trolling you hard...and the way you respond, he's doing it well...
Listen to the PM....

Mark Carney: Thank you, Mr. President, I’m on the edge of my seat, actually. But thank you for your hospitality and above all, for your leadership. You’re a transformational president, focused on the economy, with a relentless focus on the American worker, securing your borders, ending the scourge of fentanyl and other opioids, and in securing the world.

And I’ve been elected with my colleagues here, with the help of my colleagues here, I’m going to spread the credit, to transform Canada with a similar focus on the economy, securing our borders, again, on fentanyl, much greater focus on defence and security, securing the Arctic and developing the Arctic. And, you know, the history of Canada and the U.S. is we’re stronger when we work together. And there’s many opportunities to work together. And I look forward to, you know, addressing some of those issues that we have, but also finding those areas of mutual cooperation.

And? Your point????? It's called diplomacy. You actually think Carney has an ounce of respect for Trump?

Yes.
There were never open borders.
Woke policies are good.
Just look at Canada and what a great democracy we are.
We just delivered a shellacking to MAGA quislings leaving them to laugh emoji posts on social media as their last resort.

Trump is a trailblazer... Carney seems to look up to him as a role model...
