I believe they have a ritual where they lick the decorative metal bars in this holy place within a mosque that hundreds if not thousands go to daily. There is no quarantine there people ignore the government because they lie so much that is why it has spread and will continue to do so. They are past the flatten the curve sigmoid and their medical resources will be overwhelmed by the outbreak.
