The moron values the site now at a conservative $250,000.
I buy and sell adult sites and traffic for a living and am very successful at it.
I would value his site generously at or around $10,000 US.
His traffic is decent but the potential revenue streams are just that, 'potential'. He has yet to develop anything of value other than a dozen banners at $50/month.
I'd say after expenses, not including any salary he or his tech guy draws he should clear a whopping $5000-$10000 per year.
He has proven incapable of thowing these parties which he attributes 'tens of thousands of dollars of future revenue' to.
He has considered a membership section but has not found an 'efficient payment system'. I can think of a dozen off the top of my head that are efficient and effective and can be set up within 24 hours. Obviously he is retarded or just trying to pull the scam of the century.
What a joke, not like anybody here considered it anything less.
PS. I love the part about Fred Zed being offered $750,000 for Terb. While Terb is worth far more than gtac, due to uncertainties in the industry and the general adult nature sites like this sell for less than a years revenues and often much less.

Adult traffic, especially to a completely free site, is inherently cheap. Adult webmasters know that attracting free traffic is easy it is getting people to pay that is the challenge.
So far nobody pays at gtac with no plans in the future, so wheres the value?
If his 'free' traffic was literally 100 times more volume than there would be value in ads beyond the small targeted market that he currently serves of escort agencies etc.
