It's still a ridiculous notion. Pimps are not exclusively black, they come from all races. Pimps are not exclusively men, there are many women pimps. Pimps come in all ages, young and old, some are streetwise some with University degrees. They come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, they can be single they can be married. The notion that only a black man would attempt to pimp a provider is just plain crazy.

For what its worth, I can say I have encountered a few pimps my time and they have all been black guys who it fit the stereotype to a T.

I've only crossed paths w black pimps. I am sure as shit there are pimps of all races and genders etc., but spare me the high-minded pc foolishness. I won't deny socio economic factors if you won't deny reality. I've got at least a dozen albums (remember those?) within arm's reach talking about pimpin hoes. None of them are country or heavy metal. Must be some crazy conspiracy by the record industry.

Existing laws are as good as non-existing!!

The laws we currently have against pimping for the purpose of sexual slavery and force prostitution and exploitation of women and girls and the harm that results from above actions in our society is virtually as good as non-existing, If don't believe me then refer to the attached link.

Antoine has a long criminal record for offences including pimping. Once the proprietor of an escort agency called Sextasy, he was sentenced to 28 months for forcing girls as young as 13 into prostitution.

Punishment for forcing underage girls as young as 13 into prostitution and he gets a bit more than 2 years for that!!!!! Only to come out and commit more crimes (he is currently on trial for extortion, conspiracy and theft)!!! This is travesty. This is shame. This is totally unacceptable in a fair society.

Minister of Justice, Peter MacKay has promised new laws which would address the harm that prostitution causes to women and girls. I do hope that these new laws toughen up the existing laws with long minimum mandatory sentences of for those who cause harm to women and girls, especially when violence and forced sex and underage is involved in which case in my view the key should be thrown away for good and that was my recommendation to government sponsored survey. I do hope however that in doing so they don’t go to the extreme and do not make the sell or purchase of sex from consenting adults also criminal as this action would do more harm than good in my view (and that was my recommendation too) as per this attached article (from The Chronicle- Herald) today and many similar others in recent days:

One more time, since I know it is so hard for you to comprehend this:

- If you believe the existing laws are not being enforced properly, or do not carry harsh enough sentences, then address that. Do not conflate human trafficking and consensual sex work.
- Exploitation of minors and sex work are not the same thing.
- Sex work is not inherently violent to workers. The laws which were challenged by Bedford made it more difficult to work safely.
- Not all sex workers are women. Not all clients are male.
- Underage prostitution is referred to as exploitation of a minor.
- LISTEN to the workers. We have the lived knowledge and experience. We do not want new laws created to sex work. We do not want the Nordic model. We are advocating for decriminalization.

I have been hobbying for a very long time and I have seen quite a number of pimps and I can say that 80% to 90% of those pimps were black. Several escorts also told me that their BF is black. Pimps are called BF by the escorts of course.
So, I don't want to generalize but the majority of pimps are black. So if you are a pimp (black or other) and don't want your girl to be stolen from you by another pimp, and you know the stats, then a 'no black policy' would lower the risk of stealing by a lot.
Unfortunately for those pimps, a lot of us know that a "no black policy" means a pimp is behind the door and some of us will just avoid seeing that girl because she has a pimp, which means less business for those pimps.
A number of you remember last week or so one former PK escort wrote "no black men" in her ad and some of us mentioned that on here, revealing that she probably has a pimp. Well her pimp probably reads Terb and the next day there was no mention of "no black men" in her ad.
So the "no black men" policy is costing them a loss business (good!).
