Very interesting and seemingly good advice.
1. Take a very deep breath, then COUGH really hard a couple times, repeat. Sort of self-cpr and might loosen the clot.
2. Chew an aspirin to get an anti-platelet (sort of, but not a true anti-coagulant) agent into your bloodstream.
EDITED TO ADD SOME OTHER THINGS THAT CAME TO MIND
CALL 911, put on speakerphone.
If you are well enough, unlock your door and turn on lots of lights for easy identification from the road, and easy access into your home.
Lie down or sit down to reduce the workload of your heart.
Most importantly, don't ignore the early signs of even a mild heart attack. THERE ARE NO PRIZES FOR NOT CALLING 911!
I know of two people who waited hours. Minor ischemic (blood clot) heart attacks that, while would not be fatal, would have resulted in much less, life changing, permanent heart muscle damage.
