Tory got rid of community policing, guns and gangs task force, carding, school resource officers and educed frontline officers and cut the TPS budget. Sounds like a real conservaitve eh?

I'd hazard a guess and say that the Trudeau government rolled back criminal justice reforms implemented by the Harper government. Such as mandatory minimum sentences for gun crime. Likely appointed bleeding hearts to parole boards. Extra credit for time served in pre trial custody. Early release of prisoners. You know the typical Hug a Thug mentality.
