From my experience if OF is mentioned at all as a contact method, that is all they are looking for regardless of what they state. I would also be weary of the outlets mounted side by side as this isn’t up to building code that I’m familiar with.
As for the first one I would proceed with caution, ask a lot of specific questions and as I’ve stated before if you search their name and number on here and no one has ever reviewed them, they are either extremely new or scams.
