They've been posting on LL for a couple years. Never reached out to them but the ones I know of who tour Ottawa are mostly affiliated with OIC. I think the MTL Indy collective also cater to Ottawa with advanced bookings.

If it is the same collective it has been around for a while and pre-dates OIC. It used to have Ottawa Ladies as members. There still be a few. Then OIC started. There was a bit of controversy when that happened but I will leave my comments to myself on that.
