Incall location preference: Apartment, hotel or house?

My first question

If you are looking for an incall, do you prefer going to an apartment building, hotel room or house? I am in the downtown area. As long as the sp is discreet & private, does it make a difference to you?

My second question

Why do people ask on the phone whether I am in a condo or an apartment? What's the difference? It's almost impossible to rent a short term luxury condo downtown that does not have a concierage.

apartments and houses are often easier - you just ring and you're in; hotels are fun becaus of the fantasies that can be created and they often have nice fluffy towels

hotels and condos have much the same challenges - someone at the front door who feels the need to either check you out and ask why you're there or have the authority to "announce you"...the latter is a challenge for you in that your visitor will often have to know the first and last names of the person he is visitiing (so you'll have to make arrangements) as well, they often want to know the "gentleman callers'" names - not something I'm happy about disclosing too much

hope this helps

Some locations

I would love to know the locations of some of these luxury condos that do not have security or concierages. Trust me. I have seached the city without much success. I am not comfortable using a real estate agent given the nature of my business. I prefer a location that is in the heart of downtown. I have looked at areas such as Bay & Gerrard, Yonge & College, and King & Church area. I finally found a place at Richmond & Sherbourne.

If it's the first time with an SP, I'd much rather go to a hotel. At least I've got a comfort level of a clean room, no interruptions, no cameras, etc. If I've done an outcall or hotel incall and have a good feeling about her, I'd have no problem with the apartment or house. That being said, I have met women socially, been invited to their place and couldn't get there soon enough with a big grin all the way! Double standard for SPs? Maybe...

the gooderham/worts building...

...on sherbourne doesn't have a concierge...neither do the condo's at king and niagara...and a couple of buildings on queen's quay have a buzzer system that lets you scoot past the desk clerk without having to check in.

my vote for fantasy incall would be visiting an escort who works out of her houseboat moored at a marina...oh yeah, and by day, she solves crimes...

Most incalls I've been to have been either apartments or condos and I can't say there was any difference obviously between the 2. Hotels/motels do kind of offer a bit of the fantasy aspect I suppose - your sneaking away to spend time with someone you shouldn't. Mind you, I'm single so I'm not sneaking away period.
I've never been to an incall that had a concierge so I can't speak directly to that aspect. Having said this, it would be uncomfortable to have to leave my full name in such a case; unless I had already developed a rapport with the lady.

In the end it's really going to come down to what you feel most comfortable with. Your clients will adjust.

My thoughts

Being an almost exclusivley incall visiter, first and foremost for me is cleanliness. I have no desire to see used towels, or other such items lying around. I want to be made to feel as if I am the first last and only visitor of the day. A made bed is also a huge plus!

Secondly, proper heating/air conditioning. I have no desire to visit the Arctic, nor do I enjoy feeling stifled by the heat. Comfort is key!

Third, I enjoy the offer of a beverage, be it alcoholic or not...it is merely a nice touch.

Finally, location, location, location! While the Kingston Road Motel strip can be fun and naughty, and a 1 bedroom above a strip mall on Weston Road has a certain seedy fun quality, give me an apartment on Gerrard or a condo on King anyday of the week!!

Merely my 1.5 cents...inflation is a bitch.
