I am planning on hitting a resort somewhere down south for a week in August or September.
I am looking for a lady to keep me company for the week. Preferably someone between the ages of 18 and 25.

Please explain yourself. What is so dumb about it? Does it hurt to ask? I think not. Could it be that Rama Putri perhaps doesn't have the funds to invite somebody along on a similar vacation and due to his jealousy is slamming the guy?

this might actually be a good idea. he isn't going until august or september so he can check out the goods a few times prior and perhaps have a few discussions with her to determine compatability.
