To a certain point, yes. However, I have a long time horizon, so periodic dips are not that much of a concern for me. The market will recover eventually; it always does.enduser1 said:Well it is risky.

Wouldn't it make sense to buy now as the market was signalled a turnaround with the discount rate most likely followed by a rate drop in Sep?
