No, seriously.

When I go to grocery shopping. Everything I see looks so boring and usual. I don't know what to get!

Got some good recipes to share? Maybe that will help.

You need to expand your menu.

Start with soups, they are tough to screw up, freeze well, portion well, and winter is coming.

Use a slow cooker. I've used the Canadian Living Magazine website for good recipe bases that you can adjust for taste.

Fast. Try intermittent fasting, where you skip meals, starting at breakfast, then maybe lunch too.

Yes, lots of benefits, including fat loss, if that's what you want. Google it, and spend a few hour, days reading about it. A side effect is saving time and money, not having to prepare breakfast.

If you want to stray off of the beaten path you can cook up some curried dog.

Yes, intermittent fasting is healthy and works. And there’s lots of different ways to do it so you can find a method that works for you.

I actually ate horse before. it was a bit gross.

I had horse sashimi in Japan. My colleagues ordered it, didn't tell me what it was and watched me eat it. They were very disappointed when I didn't make any faces after they told me what it was. It was great - of course it was sliced paper thin, and you dipped it into a soya sauce based dip that had a ton of grated ginger, scallion, and something else - so the sauce dominated the taste. But would definitely eat it again - and would even try a thicker cut, grilled.

Anyway - back to your boredom question. Given your other thread ("My first Gay fantasy") about blowing yourself - maybe you're just bored in general? May I suggest you see an SP? Failing that - work on your flexibility then start dining on your own yogurt?

I work too much to have nothing to do! I'm actually a workaholic - skipped meals so I can finish the job. Anyway. You're fucking gross!

Just trying to be helpful here. Anyway if you're bored with groceries skip groceries. Just eat out or takeout. Or change grocery stores - go to an ethnic grocer and buy something you've never eaten before

Go to local markets instead of the usual grocery store chains. Farmers markets. Take a trip down to St Lawrence Market. That should give you inspiration.

Eat SE Asian food....you feel so alive! I lose weight when i get back to north America cuz the food seems so bland. Plus all the chili paste gives you dopamine and endorphin rushes ...and tricks your brain into feeling full sooner thus you eat less.
