His was a tragic life, in death his memory is also tragic, perhaps he would not have wanted it to be anything else. I do not think Tesla ever craved the limelight or approval, he just cared about his work.Cleftwynd said:

I think you pretty much have an agenda when you say Tesla is much more intelligent than Einstein. They were both visionary scientists, and little doubt Tesla is not taught in the US public school system at the same level as, say, Edison. However, neither is Einstein really. He is the pop culture winner, based on image and something as seemingly simple as e=mc**2. However, for me, I still admire Einstein more. My own curiousity is what impact would they have if they were around today.bishop said:

As for Nikola Tesla, he was a mad scientist in the best of ways. He foresaw Electric Cars. Knew that AC was better than DC for transport. Gugliermo Marconi used 28 of Tesla's patents to create the radio. Tesla's finest project and idea we have no clue on was his idea to turn the earth into an oscillator and produce 100% free electricity for everyone on the planet. Wish he had kept better notes, or at least trusted someone with them.
