I still haven't received my Windows 10 upgrade yet, anyone else still waiting

So I sent a request to have my Windows 7 home premium upgraded to the new Windows 10. It's been over 3 weeks since I have done that. Anyone else still waiting? Or do I need to contact someone to get this free upgrade?
