I need advice on online banking how safe or secure it is for me to do mostly online trading account or banking with Royal Bank or CIBC or TD. How safe it is? Dont want someone to hack my account and steal my money,
1. I will be using a secure VPN like avast. Avast company is a well known name recognized brand.
2. Using iPAD2 with lastest OS 9 ( not jail broken) my ipad 2 is not jail broken!
3. Using a bank apps downloaded from apple apps store example CIBC bank apps.
4. Transaction over a shared wifi encrypted which include supplied by my landlord which all the tenants the building have the wifi password to the wifi signal. That about 30 tenants have acesses to the wifii .
5. No one have acesses to my ipad only me and it password locked !
I always use my iPad2 ( made by apple)to surf the net and watch porn with the ipad browser like puffin which allows Flash to work.
6. I will not be using any apps browser from apple store to acesses my bank account.
7. All my apps are downloaded and purchased from apple store. None of the apps installed in my iPad are from non apple store or basically apple approved apps.
PPS i will always be using only the bank cibc apps that i download from apple apps store and the well known recognized VPN made from Avast i will use when i access. My bank account or trading account.
I need an expert opinion is it safe & secure enough that no one able to see my banking info and safe from spyware or malware or trojan virsues .. oR somehow get infected in my ipad2 that i dont know about.
Someone told me iPad run in a sandbox and and iPad cannot get virsures or spyware is it true?
I appreciated any advice. Is it safe enough or secure enough..what you think?
