Well, it happened to me again.
After all the talk of the lovely Sabrina, last week I made an appointment to see her this Wednesday. No problem, I got the confirmation email, confirmed from that, all was well. I got an email almost immediately after I confirmed their confirmation, saying that they weren't sure that Sabrina would be there Wednesday, could I reschedule for Tuesday. I emailed back saying no, sorry, had to be Wednesday or not at all. No response, I figured no problem, especially considering someone's comments here on how quickly her schedule was filling up.
I got an email today (Tuesday) cancelling my appointment; apparently Sabrina's "time of the month" came early and she went home.
Okay, full marks for the more than 24 hours notice, and yes, Mother Nature can be a bitch, but of the four appointments I've made with I-N, three have been cancelled. The fourth, with the delightful Isabelle, she was terribly apologetic that she wasn't up to her usual standard because she wasn't well.
I emailed I-N to gripe about being cancelled yet again, and the response that I got back was that I was having a stream of bad luck, and their tours in general were a success. A success for them, perhaps, but for sure not for me.
Anyway, that's where things stand now. I'm grumpy, and beginning to wonder if I'm a bad-luck charm.
