I feel like I'm finally no longer an escort forum virgin. Yes, I managed to get myself banned, from ASPD.net

Here's the weird thing, though - I have NO idea why. I was taking part in a fairly mild debate over Pro Domination vs. Fetish Escorts, and managed to get myself banned. No warning, no email, no nuttin'.

I'll take a wild stab at it.

As far as the whole BDSM / Domination / Submission scene goes I am what you would call a non participant. I have no interest in taking part, and every time I get curious about it and peer into the correspondence and erotica surrounding it I get turned off. Having said that I totally appreciate why people might be into it and why the participants might want to separate the wheat from the chaff so to speak. I would probably develop more interest if most of the participants had your attitude. But then most of the devoted participants would feel the whole definition is being "watered down" so to speak.

I think the banning may have occurred because of your stronger commentary in your second post in that thread

Haha.. ok, I guess that might have been it. But, damn - if that's what qualifies as 'strong' over there, it's a good thing I stick mainly to Terb ;)

I just sort of think there are a few people who are strongly offended by the concept of someone combining fetish and BDSM. Tough cookies for them, though, as it's what I do, what I enjoy doing, and what I plan on keeping on doing.

By stronger cvommentary I only mean that everything is relative. And lets face it, some of the smaller boards have mods who tend to be, for the lack of a better word, territorial. You are free to express a multitude of opinions on their words of wisdom from "total agreement" to "gushing admiration" and of course everything in between. Good thing this board isn't like that or some unfortunate mods (no names) who's mother's virtue have been called into question would have banned us all by now.
