I thought Trudeau cut down the numbers on his way out but I don't see it. Indians and Asians everywhere. Infact I'm noticing an increase of Arabs and Nigerians. What's going on ?

They didn't say reduce it to zero, or remove legal immigrants from Canada (that would be illegal).
So yes, you will see immigrant numbers continually go up, but at slower rate.
