Anyone watch this show? I have had 3 children, and there was NO WAY I couldn't have known. One woman last night was on a roller coaster then gave birth in a toilet stall at the theme park. Either these women are out of tune with their bodies, or they are just plain stupid.

Last week a woman was eating jar after jar of pickles. hello!?

The ignorance of some people astounds me.

Yeah, I can't believe it myself. I mean, if I eat too much cheese I know it immediately lol.

Then there was the story of the woman who left a tampon in for 30 yrs and she was basically "rotting" down there.

I truly think they are in denial. But then again, some women are just so big, gaining 20 or 30 lbs is nothing........(but you'd think the lack of a period would be a good inidcator lol).

Soemtimes on around my cycle I get cravings for no reason. it could happen my mom works at the hospital on the ICU and baby floor and there is women there who don't look pregnant no matter what the doctor tells them.

It could happen not everyone has a pregnancy the same way.

Ya, I can't understand that either... how can you NOT know!?

With each one of our kids, Mrs. CG knew it almost immediately.

True story: When she was pregnant with our son- she "knew" she was. So she went to the doctor and told him, he ran tests- came back negative (this is the same doctor that told her she wouldn't be able to conceive BTW... so maybe he was in denial) Anyway she went back 4 weeks later and pleaded her case again- he ran some more tests and told her he thought maybe she had a "fibroid" and would need an altrasound to confirm. So we schedule all that for a couple weeks later- She was very concerned obviously, so I went with her... It was no fibroid... it was my son! I will NEVER forget seeing his hand on the ultrasound monitor! It looked as if he was waving "HI"! She was about 14 weeks along at that point. Needless to say we got a new doctor!

For our second child- again- she "knew" it almost immediately. We were on a business trip in Vancouver and arranged to stay a few extra days to do some skiing at Whistler Resort. The day we were supposed to hit the slopes she said maybe she shouldn't. I said "shouldn't"? And she said, she thought she was pregnant. I figured she just got chicken and was using this as an excuse to bale. She went shopping and I hit the slopes with my cousin. Anyway, after we got home... she found out that she was in fact pregnant.

About 5 weeks after child # 2 was born she got the "green light" for her doctor and she jumped my bones later that day! ;) About a week later we were talking and she said somethings wrong. I ask what, and she says I don't know, I feel funny, like when I was pregnant with #2. I said come on... you haven't even returned to "normal" (as in aunt flo) yet. She said she knew that, and back to the doctor she went. Pregnant again! (I made an appointment with my doctor to get snipped right after that! LOL)

Women, or most certainly in Mrs. CG's case, just "KNOW"! (Maybe she's psychic!)

It can happen....

My first pregnancy wasn't noticed until I was 5 months into it. Although my periods were very erratic at the time (according to my doctor, conception would be very difficult...ha...I guess I proved him wrong 4 times lol). I actually dropped 3 pounds after the birth and was into my previous clothes the day after. I experienced none of the symptoms or cravings so before one judges, I went through it. It's possible...at least it was for me.

Nope, no denial . . . just the kind of GP who advises against things like the H1N1 shot . . . :p

Needless to say we got a new doctor!
But no snip!

Pregnant again! (I made an appointment with my doctor to get snipped right after that! LOL)
Where was the snip?! But now you can say what I say to my little bro . . . "dude, you're an accident, but I love you".

If Mrs Rollerboy ever says to you "Rollerboy, you smell funny", then you're in trouble [wink icon . . . I hit the terb nazi limit on emoticons]

Where??? Dude, If I have to explain THAT to you... you aren't as smart as I originally thought! LOL! :p
And I prefer to say a very pleasant surprise! (I have something in common with my youngest daughter... we were both surprises! :-D, And yes my big bro reminds me of this all the time **rolls eyes**)

Where . . . in the temporal sense. I know 'where'! I can hear Mrs Rollerboy in the background, "no more surprises, ya fool"

It can happen... My friend's mother had no idea. Up until her final two months she still had her period regularly, and showed no other signs. She didn't even get a baby bump until her last month. The only reason she found out was she had to get an ultrasound on her abdomen for bladder issues.
