KABUKI

I was staring at this name at Bayview Village restaurant and couldn't stop laughing. Just scramble a couple of letters and you have a favourite Japanese bondage ritual, lol. I asked a lady close by if she noticed anything unusual about the name and she said no, didn't get it at all. Must be my dirty, perverted mind that I immediately noticed the irony, lol.

Did anyone else notice this?

I know that, that's why I was laughing........ most people spell it bukaki and refer to it with that spelling. I find it ironic that you can eat in both scenarios, so to speak, well at least the ladies can, lol. Did you notice the restaurant with that name?

I live near bayview village and that restaurant name doesn't seem out of place. Normal people dont just re-arrange letters from a word to make a dirty word. Lol

I eat there from time to time when in Toronto. Nice service and both the dynamite rolls and the shrimp sushi pizza are good.

I don't find that particularly funny. I did eat at a sushi place once where an english translation on the menu read "we cut corners to save you money"! In spite of that, the sushi was great and I never had any "health" problems from eating there.

You must also get a hell of a kick out of Pizza Pizza - you know, it must make you think of Pee Za.
